About Favourite Cabin

Founded in 1918 on Surya Sen Street, Favourite Cabin is one of the oldest tea cabins in the city. Its plain marble tables saw Kazi Nazrul Islam, Subhas Chandra Bose and the writers of the Kallol group. The menu is still tea, toast and small cakes.

A very small, simple place. It keeps short hours and is usually shut in the middle of the day.
