A sherbet shop from 1918 with marble tables and a famous daab sherbet.
About Paramount
Paramount opened in 1918 beside College Square and has sold sherbets ever since. Its best-known drink, the daab sherbet, mixes tender coconut water with soft coconut flesh. The walls carry the names of those who came: revolutionaries, scientists, poets and film stars.
