Mother House

মাদার হাউস

Also known as Missionaries of Charity headquarters.

Where Mother Teresa lived, worked and is buried.

About Mother House

The Missionaries of Charity have had their headquarters in this plain building on AJC Bose Road since 1953. Mother Teresa lived here until her death in 1997. Her tomb, a simple white slab, is on the ground floor; a small exhibition tells her life, and her tiny room is kept as it was.
